Radical LGBT activists have been pushing for the passage of H.R. 5 and S. 788, known by the misleading title, “Equality Act.”
The bill would add sexual orientation and “gender identity” to the protected classes in the Civil Rights Act. It would, in short, radically remake our society, make it impossible for churches to conduct their public work according to Biblical beliefs, and complete the adoption of transgender ideology into the fabric of our culture.
We must let Congress know that there is a strong and vocal majority that opposes this bill. Sign the petition below and ask Congress to stop H.R. 5 and S. 788.
We, the undersigned, join with the Coalition of African American Pastors to oppose H.R. 5 and S. 788. These bills threaten religious freedom and intrude on the right to live according to our faith. We ask you to vote against the so-called “Equality Act.”
