Petition to Protect the Integrity of the Supreme Court

This Session, the Supreme Court will hear and rule on the issue of same-sex marriage. It is an important case and one that will affect the future of faith, family, and marriage in the United States. And yet, Justices Ginsburg and Kagan have proven by their actions and public statements that they are not impartial on this issue. Both have officiated at same-sex ceremonies. In addition, Justice Ginsburg has expressed her conviction that the American people would easily accept a ruling in favor of same-sex marriage.

The bias exhibited by Justices Kagan and Ginsburg throws into question the impartiality of the Court. Please sign the petition below asking that they recuse themselves from the case or that Chief Justice Roberts take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court.

Dear Chief Justice Roberts–

Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader Ginsburg have demonstrated, by their words and actions, that they lack the necessary impartiality to hear and pass judgement on any case related to same-sex marriage. For a case that promises to dramatically affect the future of family, religious freedom, and much more, there cannot be any question of political bias on the part of the judges involved. We ask that Justice Ginsburg and Justice Kagan disqualify themselves from involvement in this case or that you take the action needed to protect the integrity of the Court.

Signed,
