Today is a glorious day!

In the Christian tradition, there are so many names for Easter. It has been called “the Feast of Feasts” and “the Great Sunday.”

Because today is the day that Christ triumphed over death. Today we celebrate the promise of eternal life.

We may be in a time of trial, but Easter is the enduring reminder that there is hope. Because (as it says in John 3:16), “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Many of us may not be able to spend the day as we would wish, but the promise of Easter continues.

I hope that you and your family are healthy and safe. And from our family to yours, we wish you a happy and blessed Easter.
