What an incredible week!
This week, we celebrated the grand opening of our new headquarters in Houston, Texas. I’m happy to say that the event was a wonderful success.
Pastor Cary Wilkins was there to bless our endeavor and give a few remarks. And we were fortunate to have an old-fashioned Texas rope cutting ceremony, courtesy of Don McCoy, President of the Fulshear-Katy Chamber of Commerce.
As I explained in my speech at the grand opening, this marks the beginning of a new era for CAAP.
Earlier this month, we changed our name to the Coalition of Americans for Action and Principles. The new name better reflects the direction that we are taking as well as the diversity of CAAP’s supporters.
In the coming year, we want to focus heavily on improving education – both in terms of stopping the spread of leftist indoctrination (like critical race theory and transgender ideology) and in the hopes of promoting greater education equity through policies like vouchers and school choice.
Of course, we will also remain true to the mission that inspires us daily – promoting Biblical teachings and defending Christian values.
It was so exciting to see so many people turn out for the opening of CAAP’s new headquarters, and I can’t wait to share some of the video from the event. In the meantime, please keep checking your inbox for more updates from CAAP as we work to put our country on the right path.
